How to get rid of acne|| Natural Remedies

Hey guys! Welcome all !! Well, I come with such a basic problem..but why? Yes we know it’s a basic problem of everyones but still we don’t maintain our skin problem. Conventional acne treatments are good but not everytime! Because it may cause side effects like redness, irritation and dryness and expensive though !

So, here I come up with such a basic idea that you should atleast try it in your home once!

So, without any further ado let’s get started💜

1. HONEY & CINNAMON MASK

Honey and cinnamon mask are very good method to get instant results. Make two spoons of of honey, 1 spoon of cinnamon to make a paste and then after cleansing, your face apply it on your face then leave it for 10 – 15 minutes. You’ll get a good amount of results once you washed out your wash!

2. APPLY ALOE VERA MASK

Aloe vera is also a very good technique especially for skin problems! Scrape the gel from the Aloe Vera plant out with a spoon apply it on your face on directly without cleansing, repeat 1 – 2 times a day!

3. APPLY GREEN TEA

Green tea? Yeah we used to drink this ! But try something new to get good amount of results! Steep your green tea in boiling water for 3-4 minutes and then allow tea to get some cool and next step is what? Don’t drink ! Just take some cotton ball dip and just tap on to your face or even pour into a spray bottle to spritz it where your acne are there!

4. STAY HYDRATED

Yesss! Stay hydrated, it’s very important! Think yourself that your body is dehydrated for long! Will you able to survive? If you’re hydration level increases automatically your skin cells will improve a lot! Make sure to drink 1 glass of water for every 3-4 hours per day!

5. EXERCISE DAILY

Exercise daily, no need to get for exercise,you can do it in home itself! Just 15 minutes per day is a huge beneficial to you! Exercise, promote a healthy blood circulation! The increase in blood flow nourishes the skin cells which may help prevent and heal acne.

6. EAT HEALTHY

Not balanced food? If you’re much prone to acne problem, you’re much requested to stop junk foods! Eat healthy as much you can! Unhealthy food makes you dull, and indolent! Of course you can have but not much! Don’t let yourself to kill your health body! Eat healthy food as much as you can!

    The honey mask works pretty well . My acne used to be horrid , but I do a mask everynight.
